Sami has been a member of Temple Ner Tamid (TNT) since she was 3 years old. She started in the preschool and continued with Hebrew School studies in kindergarten up through 7th grade. Sami is also a Girl Scout, and enjoys skiing, skating, heelying, tap dancing, acting, studying dance technique, cooking, playing piano, and cosplay. Her favorite anime is My Hero Academia. And, she has been known to sing a little bit.

What do I need to do for a Zoom Mitzvah?
Be sure to RSVP. Then at 9:45am EST on Saturday June 12th, open up the zoom link on a chrome browser. All you need to do is watch.
If restrictions are lifted, and the virus is less severe, will you hold an in-person ceremony?
We made the decision to hold a virtual event early so that people do not have to make last minute plans or worry about putting themselves and others at risk. TNT will allow us to have a limited number of people in attendance but we will not know that number until one month in advance. All that attend must wear a mask and social distance. With such a large number of people in the family, Sami hopes her grandparents and all of her first cousins will be able to attend in person.

Samantha has great appreciation for our environment and nature. Her main goal is to increase awareness of our fragile system and encourage others to join her plight. Sami is planting milkweed to sustain butterflies that are becoming extinct in NJ. She is also organizing earth day neighborhood cleanups throughout weekends in the spring.
